This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona touristic area offering visitors a comfortable stay with a great convenient location. The 100 m2 modern apartment is in excellent condition and has just been new furnished. You can enjoy the apartment�s new furniture and modernistic style. There are 2 bedrooms both with large double beds and clothes closets and one small bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people. (All bed linens and towels included!) Each room has exterior windows for natural light or fresh air. The apartment living/dining is very spacious and full of natural light. There are table and chairs for 6 and 2 large comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking range, microwave, fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. And to add to the comfort there are 2 bathrooms one with shower and the other with tub/shower. This self catering apartment is very well furnished for a comfortable private stay.The location and situation of the apartment are key factors to its holiday attraction. Situated on the top floor of a 5 story building will keep you shining with natural light and the reduced the street noise from below. Not to worry the building does have a lift/elevator to carry you to the top. The location is perfect for those who want to be in the center of the action.
