Large room with large beds in dorm for 3 people, clean and comfortable. Bathroom outside on balcony, cold. Food was EXCELLENT and the women were the greatest but Mr. Wei and his son very stern Chinese be careful what you say as Western comments are taken very seriously. Short walk to most things, helped a lot with pre-travel details. Chinese potty.

This is a nice place to stay, the food is good and its good value for money. There is also free internet and bikes you can hire for 10 yuan a day. Its not really a home stay though, just a nice quiet guest house. No one mentions any of the activites listed on hostelworld i think youd have to ask for them, but they were mostly either not around or looked busy.

Mr Wei was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions. The food was fantastic and we felt like part of a family. It's a bit of a walk into town but it was worth it.

Nice to have the family environment, very helpful and friendly people. I really like the idea of everyone eating together, and the evening meal was always excellent, and it gave everyone a chance to swap advice and impressions. I really recommend this place.

The family are very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. Mr Wei has good ideas to p[rovbide an interesting experience as well as a comfortable stay.

The stay here was brilliant, good location and met some great people. The food was plentiful and deliciious and the family and staff there was great in tending to our needs. The cooking we did with them was fun and useful. Big thanks to Wei and everyone we met there!
