What a fantastic place to spend some time in Dubrovnik. The room and kitchen was absolutley spotless, and Ivan was the most helpful host we have ever come across. He knew were to go, eat and shop... and was friendly all round. The room has a great balcony which over looked the port..awesome views day and night! Would definatley stay here again!! If you are in Dubrovnik, stay and Villa Ivan!!

Ivan was a great host and really looked after us. The room was clean and spacious and the views from the balcony were lovely.

Ivan was a wonderful host, the room is high up with a wonderful view and the bus stop is close by, Ivan was very helpful and friendly.

Villa Ivan was perfect for us. Ivan was an excellent host. The room was safe and secure and had everything we needed. We would definatley recommend it for anyone with children.

We had a brilliant time - there are amazing views from the balcony over Dubrovnik, and Ivan (the owner) is very helpful and takes good care of you. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

Very beautiful view, confortable bed, very nice and helpful family, nice equipped kitchen. Quite quiet at night (if other guests are not noisy). Be prepared for a street of stairs.
