Arequipa is the place to relax, pretty sunny the hostel has a peaceful garden, the staff at share the stay with you and they make sure you are having a great time, there are activities all organized by the hostel, they definitely help to create a fun, community atmosphere, I played pool and went to karts. They also arranges tours, I went to Colca Canyon and did some rafting both great! The environment at the hostel was awesome, if I would have more time I would like to stay longer.
