The T-room guest house is great, really clean and cheap with cable tv and aircon and lots of hot water (unlike many other hostels - Its cold in Chaing Mai in Jan). They own another hostel just down the street that is no where near as good, try not to get shifted to the other one. The guy at reception is really really helpful too for booking stuff.

rooms was fine bed pretty hard though. there isnt a 24 hour check out,there sister hostel is sometimes open as a back up but it wasnt covered 24 hours.

i was confirmed that price is 350bath, however, the charge of the booking was 100bath, and the owner did not want to participate. further, i told that i would arrive late, still i had to wonder around for about 30minutes to find someone.

it's a very nice guesthouse. but close to a disco and you can here the drums at night. special at the 4. flore. that's pitty for the guesthouse. otherwise it will be perfect.

good hostel, quiet tho which wasn't a problem for me. Clean and the staff were helpfull, just didn't say much but all in all good

The people there will help with almost anything you need, including laundry and ordering pizza to the room.
