Providing that this is totally confidential, 1) quilts on the beds need a wash and some mending. 2) sheets are almost worn out, need some to be retired. 3) kitchen needs a carpenter and some investment in door pulls etc - some are so bad & broken you can't open them at all, have to bang inside the next door to get one to open. (if not a total reno) 4) staff are wonderful and really helpful and friendly. Cleaning girl works really hard with what she has.

a great hostel

Right next to the bus station which was perfect, but a little further away from the center of town, but still within walking distance. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Not much of a social scene. You are given a key to the gate when you arrive, which made me feel very safe.

Walking distance to the bus terminal, the city center not far, like 15 min. waking. Our private twin bed room was basic, small but clean and very good value, definitely! Friendly staff always made an effort to chat or help with any queries. Only the AC was too strong and cold. No setting from the room!?! The system can be improved.

Pros: Security. Staff was helpful. Really great price. Rooms are okay. Not so comfortable, but good enough for a good rest. Cons: In their site they say they try to keep a quiet atmosphere... We really enjoyed this hostel. It is right across the street from the bus station. Our room was very clean and really big. We met so many great people at this hostel and booked several tours through them. Enjoy!
