Rooms Tomic is an excellent place to stay in Split if you just need a place to sleep at. It is in 5 minutes walking distance to the Diokletians palace and even closer to the beautiful 'Riva'. The Tomic family was always there and they were helpful when we needed to leave our luggage there at the day we left. Room and bathroom were small, simple and clean.

The owners of Hotel Tomic are absolutely lovely - very gracious hosts who went out of their way to allow us to stay extra nights, and to return to their rooms after spending time on the islands. There is a beautiful garden which they encouraged us to use. The rooms were spotless and the place has a very peaceful vibe.

The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes away from the Harbour, train and bus stations. The rooms are very nice as are the staff. My only criticism would be that in the heat (30C+) the air condition was a bit sub-standard. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The location is great. Rooms are very clean as well as the huge bathroom. You can eat on the lovely terrace downstairs. Surrounding is generally very quiet but the walls in the building are thin. The hosts are very courteous.

Great location - very quiet street just 2 mins walk from the Riva. Room was brand new and very clean, but the walls were paper thin. Host was very nice. Good place to stay - would recommend.

It was lovely - very relaxed atmosphere and the couple who own it were lovely and made themselves understood despite the language barrier!! Would definitely stay there again.
