Ok hostel for its price. Friendly staff. Nice detail: you have to take your shoes off before entering your room :)

Most of the staff spoke incomprehensible English most of the time, and they were otherwise incompetent as well: kept people's passports lying on the table free to be snatched, messed up our breakfast orders every morning... there's loads of better places for same price or cheaper!

the staff marked a wrong date of my arrival. but they finally gave me a bigger room with same price of twin room. the staff are always helpful and the room is clean and quiet. Its nice to stay in there.

When we arrived at this hotel, they told us they required 48 hours notification for a hostelworld booking. Nowhere does it say this, I got a confirmation email from hostelworld, we arrived 10pm. I had even emailed them to say we would be late, and they had replied. But we arrived, and they had no room for us. As yet, we have not got our deposit yewt, but it was more the invconvenience of traipsing around with family, (including 10 year old!) late in the evening in a busy city.
