Room was excellent although in retrospect very overpriced considering what you pay for similar rooms in better locations in Goa. Pool very small and minimal barrestaurant facilities at resort. Large menu but have to order food a day in advance so they can buy in ingredients, otherwise end up with very limited choice! Walk to the beach nice but wouldn't recommend walking back up large, steep hill on busy road after dark.
