Our room was dirty when we arrived. After complaining they promised us another room the day after which they gave us but the staff was quite rude the rest of our stay> There are much better places for that price.

This place was great, if a little pricey for the area. For me, it was totally worth the price. When my friend and I arrived we were able to arrange the entire rest of our trip, including arranging tours and flights for the best price. The people were very nice and helpful, and the area has some great little cafes and places to sit and have a beer. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

This was an excellent place overall. However, the water pressure was extremely low on the 4th floor. There was only one computer and the girls that worked there were on it pretty often.
The staff spoke very good English so there was no communication barrier.
