Despite its little remote position ( 5 min by Taxi to Sengiggi ) it is very recommendable. Staff is very helpful and nice, everything happens without many words and instantly. Was the biggest room I stayed in so far and the mandi is open-roof. Good for anybody who likes to have quiet atmosphere but bar and restaurant in range. Beach is nothing to swim. I extended my stay, thank's to the staff, especially Alwan. If I am in the vicinity I will definitely look over.

Bulan Baru (or New Moon) is a bit north of Senggigi, but it's 5min20,000rph taxi ride into Senggigi. If you are headed to the Gilis, it's on the way and you don't have to head back into town. There is a beach across the road and down the cow path. Chances are you'll be the only people on it. The bathrooms are the most interesting part of the hotel. Ours was an insideoutside affair with a jungle mural. Overall, a very quiet restful hotel.

A great hotel for a hostel price. It's about a 5 min. drive from Sengigi so it's very quiet and very relaxing. The staff are helpful but not overbearing. The rooms are large and kept very clean. The pool was also a nice change. Would stay here again.
