Our train had a delay of about 3 hours. We called the hostel and were told that there was no problem. Although we arrived after midnight we were welcome and all was OK. The rooms are very spacious and clean and there is no problem with bathrooms. The staff is very kind and ready to help. Highly recommended!

Very good location and kind staff. We were, however punished (60 Euro)because of parking in front of the hostel five minutes. That was not an excellent welcome in Santiago.

The staff is very friendly, also the location is one of the best in Santiago, near to Praza Roja, 5 minutes to the historical centre or to Campus Sur.
