Very nice and friendly people working in the hostel!
However the manager are very strict and wont let the employees have the electricity heat on, which makes it EXTREMELY cold inside the hostel.

Wonderful place to stay in Lisbon. The lovely women that work there were so friendly and helpful. Central location and really clean rooms, great value.

I had an excellent stay,staff were very friendly and accommodating.The value for money was simply too good to be true - especially considering you are one step away from Alfama and Praca du Commercio.

Very nice place to stay in Lisbon. Central location with very friendly staff. Great and full breakfast before starting the day. Definitely recommended

The hostel is in a great location and the room had a sink in the room and was clean. Make sure that you have a print out of your reservation as we had a bit of a problem checking in and had to use our not so crash hot Spanish to sort it out. Not bad overall, but there are nicer hostels in Lisbon to stay at.
