It was dificult to get attention from the girl on the reception, there was things that she knew we needed that were not given to us like extra bed linen, and we also asked to have the leaking toilet fixed, which was not done,
Its a nice place but not at that price with those faults

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere and a good place to meet people. Amazing view. A bit more TLC to property would make it perfect.

We made our reservation long before we got there, and they did not have us booked. We showed them our reservation and they gave us a private bed and bath. Very clean, fun bar downstairs, on the lake, and very close to restaurants, ATM, and touristy stuff

A lovely place to stay. We stayed there on our return to Bariloche also.
Staff are great with advice and walk routes etc and the kitchen is large, well equipped and designed.
Private room was great and the bar downstairs is also good fun, if making the dorms a little noisy at times.
Must have one of the best views of any hostel in the world, out over the lake.
In all a great, friendly place to stay, good fun but not a wild party place (thankfully).

Excellent hostel right on the beautiful lake waterfront. People were fun, staff was great, breakfast good, rooms comfortable. Muy buena onda.
