If there was a person to make me change my mind about egyptians was the owner of this hostel. The service was better than in some 5 * hotels I have stayed before.
As a woman travelling alone, safety is a great concern, and I must say that having him picking me up from the bus stop in the middle of nowhere at a very ungodly hour was simnply amazing.
Very helpful, organised the tours for me, told me where to go and even shared a typical egyptian meal with me.

If you're in Luxor this is definitely the hostel to go!staff extremely friendly, and helpful. they even sorted out local bus tickets to+the ferry from hurghada - one of the staff waited with us at the bus stop. rent v good value bikes - ideal to get to Karnak temple. Fantastic central location

We enjoyed our stay at New Evers.We were made to feel at home immediately, tours were booked for us (not exhorbitant prices), breakfast cooked when required and left to ourselves unless we requested otherwise. Staff always ready to help, chat have joke. The location was down a small alley, just off the main road leading to Luxor Temple. 10mins stroll to temple and mumkin 15 mins to Nile. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Luxor.

This has been a very nice and friendly hostel in a very convenient location near the raiway station and within short walking distance from Luxor temple and Market. The staff has been very helpful. The manager is working while studying in college. Suitable for backpackers and student travellers. That's why I choose it again when I finish other tours and come back for departure flight.

A clean, well located and laid back hostal, with friendly laid back staff giving the place a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice roof terrace to chill out on too. Great value for money.

new everest hostel was fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay here was so clean, and the atmosphere was super cool. Free internet, towels, linens, kitchen. Comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful,staff arrange Great trips to all the local sites in luxor thank you new everest staff

This is the best place to stay in Luxor. The people here in hotel are very friendly and the hospitality her is very nice. I like this hotel so much and the roof top is the best place here. You can chill out here, have fun whit the people. They have nice rooms, bathrooms, free internet and they serve good food, drinks and sheeasha. I am staying here for the second time and I highly recommend this place.
