This place would be fantastic in the summertime, right on the beach! but in the colder months the area is fairly quiet and it is 45mins on bus into the city! But, that is the only negative. The staff were fantastic and do yourself a favour and get Susana to cook you a traditional spanish meal... the baked rice with spanish sausage is amazing, and its a huge 3 course meal! Make sure you also visit the fresh market in the area, it was a gr8 experience!

enjoyed our stay here even though it was short friendly staff nice room and good breakfast quiet location easy access to tram and metro to centre of Valencia

Beautiful house in a superb location on Valencia's beach. Service was excellent we really wanted for nothing and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The room was very nice, with Jacuzzi and small pool in the back. Good the position, in front of the beach and bus stop, 10 minutes bus from center. The staff wasn't there if nobody new was coming.

Do N O T book here!We got a room of 4m2 with no window&horrible thin beds.After we complained,we went to another house, Doctor Lluch,where no one (even the people from the agency) respected the night hours.The apartment was really noisy cause of bad closing doors&very thin walls,but also situated next to a very busy main road.The breakfast:nothing fresh,just a basket of cookies and some instant coffee! They say in their add it feels like home,but it was H * LL!

xcelent Location vry close to tram&Beach! Friendly staf however ur paying for location not service or comfort. We felt watched const. Didnt realy get the space and privacy we would have liked. Vry nice people! More like bckpakers than B&B, VERY BASIC! Beding Jst a sheet and pillow, no blankets. Brkfasts consists of stale -out-of-paket- food or bread. 4 the price i wld have expcted the spanish equiv of a full eng brkfast incuded! Careful paying by card, there are xtra charges. Very friendly

We booked two rooms. At arrival we were told that due to a waterproblem we should share our room with our travelcompagnons. Breakfast was really poor, only bread and confiture, no meat, cheese or eggs. Cold coffee
