Nice hostel, in China town, but the tooms were not that clean, not to mention the showers.
The staff is friendly and have enough advices for travellers.

Great location in the middle of Georgetown, average place all round. Pressure by staff to book island tours and ferries

Stay in a twin room with air con rather than double with fan, as the fan just doesn't help the heat. Great location, close to all bars, cafes and sites. Would not recommend having laundry done here too.

Its right next to the road, lot of noise at night. Jimmy is good with information and the facilities provided were excellent for a 10ringgit bed!

Jimmy is a legend, hostel is a bit old but has great character and warmth, i really enjoyed my few days there and do the tour of the island with Jimmy if you have time!

Great location if you like to eat lots cheap and good! Amy the receptionist is really helpful and will always point you in the right direction. There's one computer where people can use the internet for half an hour. There's also free use of small lockers (bring your own lock). However staying in a dorm, someone went into my big back and stole my razor :-P
