Fun location to meet people with the communal fire in the bar. Staff very helpful regards tours & onward travelling.

Kang's Guesthouse has what other's dont---character, warmth among guests, and living an easy life which is what backpacking should be. Now I understand why people continue to flock at Kang's inspite of other guesthouses that have better facilities. Kang's puts the fun in travelling. I especially love that the staff encourages people to mingle with each other and they even have a warm bonfire out back.

Cold showers outside but in the morning and evening its freezing outside! Wasnt particularly clean and toilets were blocked.A sign about no tissue down the toilet....but then not provide a bin. The mattress was 1cm thick and could feel all the springs.From my room i could hear people going to the toilet which was yuck. The plus side the tour was excellent loved the trek and waterfall. The guide Spencer was one cool dude too.
