Fantastic. Shd be called Los Troncos Resort. Huge 2 storey rooms, balconies with big deck chairs with views over the sparkling pool 2 Brasil. Spectacularly clean. 5 minutes from the centre yet serenely peaceful. Cool young owner Sophia speaks excellent English & is relentlessly helpful, whether it be to bring you an icebucket for your beer by the pool, find your lost luggage, order you a pizza or even drop you to the bus stop when it was raining! faultless accommodation worth every cent and more

Los Troncos was the best lodging during our entire 2 weeks in Argentina. Sofi and staff are wonderful and really go out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are enormous and very comfortable. The property is beautiful and the pool is well needed in the humidity. We wish we could have stayed longer but had already pre-booked a bus back to BA. I wouldn't call this place a hostel, but definitely worth spending a few extra bucks!
