Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely - homemade crossaints among other things. Would stay again :)

The lady at the Front Desk was fantastic and spoke English really well. They gave us a map so that we could get around Milan and pointed out the best places to go to shop, sight see and have dinner. The breakfast was great, lots of lovely crossaints and espresso. I definitely recommend this place.

Location a big far from the metro, hard if you have big luggage! No lift too. The room is small and you can hear noise from outside the room. But the staff are super friendly and helpful! The breakfast is great with the free home-made crossiants and capuccino. Hotel with strong character.

My friend and I extremely enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very warm and friendly and never hesitated to help us find our away around town. The rooms were also just right and clean and every day the towels were changed and the room was cleaned. I recommend this place to anyone staying in Milan.

For one night is ok. Actually there was no hot water. Stuff is nice and breakfast is good. I don't drink coffee but it was good there.

Apart from 1 person who was lovely, the staff were poor and resentful of people staying there. The air conditioning didn't work and there was a big mould problem in the bathroom. No double-glazing meant that road noise was very loud.
