We came to Milano late evening 9th January. It was very cold outside approximatelly -7 C. The room was very cold and no heating was turn on before we come. It tok many hours to get the room warm. We needed to borrow 2 extra blankets each. It was extremely cold in the bathroom. We wanted to change hotel next morning but chose to stay because of practical reasons.

It is close to the railyway station but not enough. You have to spend several minutes to find it. No elevator, you have to take your baggage to your stage.

Small but nice rooms. Towel rail in bathroom would be handy, as is shelf in shower.

Nice, clean and simple. Very good location! The walls are rather thin, but I didn't really bother - I went to bed quite early every night and I slept very well without any disturbances! I think it's a very good spot for independent travellers...

Having spent 10 weeks travelling through Europe & booking most accommodation via internet, this was the most expensive and worst place we stayed. Comments in Loneyly Planet said it has been refurbished -not sure what this section was but bed was against wall and toilet in next room was on other side.

Large rooms and good clean bathrooms. One street back off a main shopping strip. Ten minute walk to metro system and main train station to get to main sites.

It was a really good hotel for that price! The room was cleaned up every day and the towels were changed. Nice staff and lots of restaurants close by. I would definately recommend this to everyone and stay here again!
