The hostel was ok. Stayed on the ground floor which is a plus since there is no lift. Breakfast can be improved. Overall, would stay there again.

There was a lot of trouble with checking out, because the staff was not sure how much money the hostel will get from hostelworld and how much we have to pay!!! Not very professional!!!

nice, clean, warm rooms. make sure you have plenty to do in town though cos an italian tv is all the entertainment you'r gonna get there! breakfast is small but overall it is good value

the staffs are very nice and helpful, let us feel at home. the location is very close to the city centre and easy to get to the Linate airport

Rooms clean, air conditioning was great and worked really well. Good location as you are near to all the tram stops so really easy to get about in Milan. Staff friendly.

A nice 10 minute walk from the Duomo, staff were friendly and a free (though small) breakfast was included. A pleasant stay.
