Extremely spacious rooms. Great location. The most disgusting bathroom I've ever been to. It made me actually hurl one morning (I never get sickvomit). Wifi only in kitchen. Fine for a few days in isolation, in ignorance of your surroundings.

Very old, but nowhere else in helsinki to stay. Very cheap, free wireless free linen and free towels. Has a kitchen, would stay again

Women's bathrooms were poorly cleaned and unfortunately I was in a room with someone snoring all night (difficult to handle I guess), otherwise, I was happy with everything else at this hostel.

Hostel doesn't allow alcohol on the prmises!!?? What the......?? No lock on the door to our room was a bit strange. Overall not a bad place to stay for a few nights.

Was only there for 1 night and it was 2 days before christmas so it's difficult to judge. They had a great bunch of people there, but the place was half empty because of the timing.
Would choose to stay there again on my next visit but.

The hostel is not in the main downtown area, but a 20-minute walk away. The hallways all smelled awful but the showers have excellent water pressure and there was always toilet paper. Free internet was nice, and there were a lot of different common rooms, so we could usually find a place to sit and talk. There are two different tv rooms. The kitchen could be in better repair and better stocked.
