BEST HOSTEL IN MENDOZA.I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Mendoza. its a nice cosy hostel with very friendly owners and staff. nice kitchen and common room, garden with hammocks and pool and great security. also close to centre. best hostel i have stayed in. Ronan.

What a great Hotel, ( thats not a misprint ) Really top class place to stay, so chilled out & laid back. lovely pool & gardens.. Could stay for a long long time easy. Can't say enough about it. Mike & Cele & all the staff are fantastic as are Astor & Bambina .We will def be back

We loved Hostel Lao! Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We witnessed the staff offering assistance to travellers who were not even booked there and when we arrived early we were offered all the conveniences of Hostel Lao. La Cava - double ensuite - was perfect for us. The hostel is central to the city. Roberto's is close by for food supplies. Thank-you Celeste, Mike and Romina!

Absolutely lovely hostel. FElt like being in a home, not a hostel! Staff really lovely and very helpful. Made my stay in Mendoza great!

great place, i will definitely go back if in the area. it's so easy to be lazy there, i found the most comfortable hammock ever. if you can, try and get into gaucho (4 bed dorm), its probably the best. the pool is a nice touch. breakfast is great, especially if Celeste does it, haha.

really, really great. there are few places i have ever been to that have felt more welcoming, friendly, relaxed and helpful. the breakfast is above average, the kitchen is cool, and those hammocks...Man, we were sorry to leave

One of the best hostels we have stayed in during our 6 month trip of South America. We had been advised to stay here by other travellers and recommend you do too! It's not a party hostel, but rooms downstairs can be noisy at night if fellow guests don't move into the lounge after lots of wines. Great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere.
