The building is kind of cold, not many people stay there...not much fun, but the location is great. Helpful staff. We stayed in the dorm where the door to the bathroom did not close, but maybe the private rooms are better. All together not a bad value for your money.

nice and very friendly hostel. The stuff helps with all the question. Great location. Eventhough i stayed there for just 1 night i enjoyed it.

Our stay there was great. The staff was very helpful with the few questions we had. It only four or five blocks from the zocalo so the location's great. There's a pharmacy right across the street and a convenience store right down the street, so that's nice too.

Large rooms with comfy beds & showers like firehoses (in a good way). TV got a single station, but we weren't in Puebla to watch TV, so it didn't bother us. Worst part of the hostel is the noise: the walls are paper thin, and the noise echoes around the courtyard in the hotel's interior. Staff wasn't super-friendly, but they weren't rude, either. Free purified water was an unexpected perk. Breakfast is also free, but mediocre (cereal and bread).
