This a very warm friendly hostal to stay at. I have been travelling alone for some months and it was totally refreshing to be greeted by some really genuine friendly happy faces in the middle of winter. The women have made every effort to add style ,light colour , warmth and a personal touch to every aspect of the hostal, rooms, hall bathroom, towels, internet you name it. My room was a shoebox but a loveable one!!! Thankyou ladies!!!

when we arrived at the hostel we were shown the smallest, twin room, without a bathroom. we had booked a double roon with a bathroom. after a lot of complaining we got a double room and shared bathroom, each customer i saw check in seemed to havet the same problem as us and were not happy at all.for location, this place is great as its so near the centre but for a bit of comfort and your own bathroom, i wouldn\\\\\\\'t recommend it!

Great hostel, fresh towels daily, free internet, ver clean but very crowded on saturday night. Hostel manager had very poor English.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Margarita was our angel. She advised us on where to eat, trains, called us a cab for the airport-you name it:) This place is in the middle of everything. I highly recommend it!
