The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. A great place to stay while in Edmonton.

The location is not the best; it's a 10 min. busride to the downtown area, which is too bad. The hostel is close to the busstop, so it's easy to reach or to go somewhere.
The staff is really nice and helpufull and the hostel is very, very clean! The common area's are nice and cosy and it's a really good place to stay. The location is the only thing that sucks! :)

worst HI hostel i have stayed in - to be honest dont bother staying here pay the little bit extra and get a hotel. Facilities are crap that is if they are working - for example 2 cookers but of the 2 only 1 element works hence the 2 hour wait for using the oven.

Quietly efficient hostel. Staff very good & rooms good value. Location about 30mins walk from downtown or a bus ride.
Edmonton is a regular city & has this one hostel, I thought it was a little bit of a halfway house for some. No slight on the hostel, however I wouldn't recommend more than a few days here if ur not here for work.

The bicycle parking provided was insufficient and not secure. The staff allowed me to park in a storage room which solved the problem for me.
