We only stayed one night in a private room. We were excellently welcomed. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very clean, too. It was also really quiet. Location is not very good, though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful..especially Fernando! Rates were very reasonable and location in downtown is good. There is a security gate, which probably isn't necessary, but does make one feel more at ease.

Pretty doubles. Staff were always around and available as well as friendly. Breakfast was decent. Dorms can get a bit hot at night. Overall, a decent hostel.

It's fantastically quiet considering that it's only 4 blocks or so from the Cancun busstation. (Silent compared to the other blasting-music-until-3am hostels that I stayed in while traveling the Yucatan). So, a good night's sleep for sure. There isn't really a good "common space" for hanging out and meeting people, if that's what you're into, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the people in my dorm were outgoing and nice.

Great hostel in good area with helpful staff. I could not comment on the fun as my friend and I only stayed one night and had a private room (and it was New Years Eve so we did our own thing!) would recommend it to anyone!

enjoyed our stay at this hostel, couldn't complain about anything.

There are two streets with the same name in a U shape called Orqiedas it is a little confusing. You can access free wifi if on ground floor air con is very nice

very helpful staff! we passed through cancun twice and stayed in 3 different places - haina was definitely the best. no air con and no social scene but great security (only hostel i came across with a security gate - they buzz in all visitorsguests), decent breakfast and kitchen facilities, clean and quite near the main bus station which was great for us. had to pay for internet but it was competitively priced compared to local cafes?
