breakfast was pretty simple, but great location.

We've been travelling through Vietnam for more than 3 weeks and we never paid that much for a bottle of water and for the laundry. We paid 19'000 Dong for a small bottle of water, usually we paid not more than 5'000 Dong. For 3kg laundry they expected us to pay 16.5 US$, normally we paid not more than 3 US$ for 3kg! We were really disappointed how they tried to rip us off. There are definitely heaps of better and much cheaper options to stay in Saigon!

Very good location,like 5mins walk to backapers area,quite the backpacking price aswell,also staff with perfect english(especially the nite receptionist,forgot the name).Very well recommeded!!!!

The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, and I would return here just for their hospitality. The reception area is beautiful, and the room was a lovely respite from the hostels and guesthouses I'd experienced throughout Cambodia and Laos. There was no window in the room, which made sleeping a strange experince (not knowing whether it was daytime yet or not), and the aircon seemed to have some problems. 4 stars.

This is a very basic place to sleep, the staff is really nice and the rooms are very clean.

when we arrived they informed us of the total cost of our stay which was good to know upfront. Bathrooms were old and run down but were clean. Had to pay for use of internet in the lobby which was a first at any hotel we stayed at in Vietnam
