Hostel is fine! Although in the beginning we had been a little frightened by small space of a room, but then, living for a while, we were pleasantly surprised by the mirror drawn on a wall, a shelf, hooks and the TV which sometimes even worked that, certainly hung on a hostel a pair of stars. Also we would like to tell special thanks the janitor who worked nonstop, taking out for us endless bottles. A little dingy but remember that it is a hostel. I would highly recommend Chillout in Taksim, the staff is very kind and will go out of their way to help you.

This is the place to see authentic Istanbul. Great value for money. It has better vibes than Sultanahmet hostels combined. The rooms could be a little larger. The staff are a funny, friendly bunch and serve a good breakfast. Good tunes too.

Il posto in cui si trova l'ostello e la gentilezza dello staff ti ripagano in parte di tutte le mancanze.
Noi purtroppo abbiamo dovuto cambiare la camera ben 3 volte per dei guasti idraulici al bagno. Lo staff, molto disponibile, ha cercato in tutti i modi di aiutarci, offrendoci anche una birra in cambio dei vari disagi.

very good locat?on but k?nd of d?ngy. not cla?m?ng ?t ?s d?rty but ?t looks somewhat dark and I hated when no fresh bed-clothes was g?ven (u need to use the old blankets). please prov?de clean wh?te bed-clothes for every new guest and ?t w?ll ?mprove everyones percept?on so much

Great place to chill out (funnily enough) - bar, cool staff, great ambience. Near all the Taksim nightlife (Balak Pasari etc.), post office and bank right around the corner. Fairly short walk to tramvay. I loved it there, I loved the people there. No lockers though.
