Management lost our booking. Stayed in the Hostel next door Casa3impanema. Also poor, but staff were much better.

We stayed in the apartment, not the hostel. The toilets flooded, the sheets had holes in them, the shower leaked from the roof. The view of the Fevela next door was nice though. Pretty expensive for what it is.

Very nice and calm place to stay. Its located in a small street with many hostels so its lot of fun and people around. Recommended.

We had to make our own breakfast...which was surprisingly wonderful. our rooms where not clean at all and the bathroom was very dirty.

Nice King size Beds in the double rooms with ample space to unpack if needed. Noone was around much and no city orientation provided. Location was excellent in central Ipanema and was surrounded by 4 other hostels so lots of travellers outside. Very good for the double room if your a couple.. Little chance to meet other travels though

The single room I got did not have a closed foor only an iron gate. Not private enough
