Excellent location and extremely helpful staff! Conveniently located bar downstairs, no trouble with noise. Spotlessly clean, and there was heat in our room, contrary to other reviews. Wonderfully helpful and kind staff. Will stay again.

Every think was ok but the heating was very poor, so it make uncomfortable the stay. So please take some actions about that.

Everything was good, except that there were nobody in the reception as we had to leave.

I was greeted well by Luisa. The chambermaid was very efficeint (and pretty!). And on last couple of days an older staff member was very hospitable. I do not speak spanish well and so probably missed an opportunity to best enjoy their obvious good nature. Only critiscism is that the bedroom was cold and the lighting too bold.

This was definetly one of the best experiences we've had in a hostel. Hospitality is redefined here, and the food is incredible.

Friendly staff,I had a great view from the room and historic area on the doorstep. The room was what I wanted- simple, clean and comfortable. I will definitely use again.

is more a small hotel than a hostel located right in the heart of Santiago de Compostela. The rooms are nice and very clean, so are the bathrooms! hemm.... the only not so nice thing is that you may freeze in the rooms during winter; they give you extra covers and so, but still, rooms are cold at night. everyone working at this hotel is very very kind and fun to talk to. *they have indoors smoking area, just in case you happen to be a smoker... like me. * wi.fi !!!
