Temperature is WAY TOO HOT. We went there in winter and had to open the window and still it was too hot. It would be great if one could ajust the heaters.

Don't light your cigarette near the door. Apparently there is a smoke detector right there.

Overall amazing!

1. The rooms could be cleaned up as soon as people check out to keep the room clean. 2. Storage room is good but should have a way to make sure that people only take their own lugguage. 3. When selling pub tickets, should remind guests, especially foreigners to bring their ID... I wasted 10 bucks buying a ticket which doesn't allow me to go in! Overall, I love the place and Toronto a lot and thanks for all your services!

Toilets on main level dont flush very well which is a pain. Very friendly place 2 stay!

This is like the best hostel ever!! Very good location, near everything you need. Just one block from the Airport Bus, very handy. The staff is great, very helpful and always in a very good mood. There are activities every day. You'll never get bored or feel lonely in this hostel. It's a great place to meet new people. I'll definitely go back there.

Had a great stay at this hostel...my only complaint is that there can be a lot of Saturday night noise if you get the room facing the street and the bed next to the window! Friendly, easygoing staff...I didn't get the chance to participate in the social life much as I was catching a plane the next morning but this was a great hostel. If you're a light sleeper you can request a room that's not facing the street.

Fine place to stay at night. Atmosphere depends on when you go I guess. We arrived among throngs of obnoxious foreign college students. If you simply need a bed to rest in, this is it.
