El apartamento esta genial, todo muy limpio y nuevo. La Zona esta muy bien si no te equibocas de direccion que es lo que nos paso a nosotros, nos metimos en unas calles que estava todo lleno de gentuza muy parecidad a las calles del Raval de Bcn...

good value lovely room

Fantastic apartments, very close to the main hot spots in Valenica. All the furnishings are brand new. Kitchen is well eqipped and comes with all new mod cons. There are washing machines in each room. We were 3 couples (each couple with their own apartment) It was a really great place to stay, would definately go back.

Great location, super facilities. Only moan was it smelt a bit funny damp and drains! Could also hear toliet being flushed in upstairs apartments which meant we didn't need an alarm clock!!

Excellent apartments and happy to recommend them. When the hot water did not work we were quickly moved to an apartment where it did. Ideal location in old town.

Nice apartment, but to much job to recive the keys in another adress and the area around is not the best.

The apartement is perfectly situated in the heart of the citypart carmen. This area is always crowded. The apartement although is situated in a quiet sidestreet. At the moment renovation is going on in the neighbourhouse which starts at about 8:30 in the morning and I geuss this will take a few months. The apartements are very nice and clean and above this air-conditioned.
