The mattress was pretty uncomfortable but the hostel itself, the ammenities, and the staff were top notch. It was quite warm and they even make your bed daily..wow!

The key word here is cozy (in winter)
I felt so warm and comfortable with everybody there.
Billie is a great host and the Pugs are fantastic.
Tours can easily be arranged to take you to the arctic from here. After such a trip, its nice to be back some place that feels like home. This is it.

It's a single family residence w bunch of bunk beds. Bathrooms are not enough for the amount of people staying.

The hostel badly needs another chair or table in each dorm. As the fourth person to arrive in a four-person dorm, I didn't have anywhere to put my rucksack or unpack anything -- the two tables were already taken.

Billie is really nice. My flight left at 1 in the morning and she let me keep my stuff there and hang out til then for no charge. The dining roomliving room area is really cozy. It really feels like a family while you're there. Also there are 2 sweet pugs that live there that loves to be petted.
