this is the perfect couple hotel. it is clean warm and in the middle of everything. but above all it is the hospitality of the owners that you will love. they even did all our washing, folded and dried for us for free and let us check out late. plus free breakfast in bed, perfect experience!

This property was very clean and the couple that ran it were very nice and friendly. It was well located, right near the Rialto Bridge and an easy walk to St. Mark's. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to friends.

Fantastic romantic seclusion if that is what you are looking for. Don't go looking to meet alot of other guests, but the gentleman who runs the place is a perfect gentleman. The breakfast is super, and you couldn't ask for a better location.

The gentleman who owns the place was very kind and provided us with clean towels and a plentiful breakfast. He even offered to let us use his umbrellas when it rained. The room we had was cosy and in an excellent location. Thanks for having us!
