We found the hostel very good and would certainly stay there, if we visit that area again.
I don't know what you mean by "Fun" and "Security". Therefore, they each get 60%.
Regarding "Cleanliness" we found the floor sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Perhaps it is the type of floor that gives that feeling. Otherwise, we had no problem with the place.

Nice Hostel with good breakfast and a we had a really nice hotel room.. enjoyed our stay there :)

It was a beautiful hotel. Great accommodations and friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The hotel has a deal with a bar next door so they let us over in the morning for a cappuccino and a cornetto. Stay here!

Great spot. Right smack bang in the middle of town, friendly staff, nice big room, breakfast IN BED included in the price, nice and clean and very reasonably priced. You won't be disappointed.

A WARNING - Despite giving over 24 hours notice that we would not be staying a third night and paying extra for the two nights which we did stay (hoping to keep them happy), we were charged the full price for the third night

Great little B&B....family owned and run. Friendly. Perfect for our stay in Lucca. Stayed longer than we planned and would definately stay again...

We stayed there for 2 nights. Would have definately stayed for ages if we didn't have a booking somewhere else. Best hostel food I've ever had. Very good security with CCTV in the luggage storage area. No complaints from me.

During my vacation I stayed in 4 different B & B and must say that this was the best one. Great location, breakfast was had directly in front of B & B, no need to walk a few blocks. Service was friendly and very helpful, had all the necessites of home, example: iron, hairdryer. I would defintely recommend this B & B.
