It was quite clean that I expected and what I was very surprised and impressed is that there is a bedside light in each bed. The most worry thing for me is to bother othere people staying with when leaving early. And the room was comfortable and bit noisy but it was acceptable for me. Thank you for that!!

Wouldnt go again.Id definitively try another better option.8 beds dorms(No more nor less, wide range hey)Really noisy at nights n crowded of young people just having fun (Which is ok, but u dont have another option.Couldnt sleep at all.Showers gotta press a water buttom every 5 secs,n aint possible to regulate the temp.(Stms cold as ice, others simply boiling)Kitchen closes really early.2 plugs per room (forget to charge your electronics).Good location though.Good place if you dont go to sleep

$20 key deposit is inconvenient for international travellers who are unable to spend NZ currency before returning to their home country.

Showers were inadequate. Impossible to shave your legs (which is important for some nationalities!) and to wash hair as shower did not stay on for long enough. Room size was too small. Inadequate space provided in 8 dorm room for storage and for people movement around the room. Felt crowded. My friends and I will not stay there again because of the small space and showers.

Bad luck this time ... arrival 11 am -> computer system down -> check in 8 pm! at least I could store my luggage for free ... . Room not as good als last time (nice concrete wall outside the window) and the bathroom was kind of dirty (might be a result of the other guests using it) Overall: OK

Enjoyable stay. Nice room, clean facilities... Good service, esp. Base Travel ... Will be back soon.

Well situated, extrordinary and helpfull staff !

Great location. Awesome bar however it was incredibly loud and the music continued all night. They at least need to turn down the bass that late at night.
