It was good. No locks on the dorm doors and no real luggage room. They do lock up your valuables though which is nice. It was kind of cold as well which was a drag. They will book tours and other things for you as well which is good. Overall I'd say it was good but not great. I've been to better but I've also been to worse.

Cosy little hostel, all facilities were fine; beds, showers, kitchen, internet, really cheap laundry. Friendly atmosphere altogether, I recommend it.

This is a terrific hostel in Belfast! The staff were absolutely awesome and I would definitely come back here my next time out here.

The staff were very friendly,and helpful. The hostel has a very warm and cozy feeling to it. You feel as if your in someones house not in a hostel. And there are two authentic coal burning fire places. The living room is very cozy and it has cable, and after you use the computer you dont mind paying for it because the money goes to an animal charity.

The staff were awesome here as they would have an actual conversation or two with you. I was here over christmas and they really made it a special event. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped and there's a large library of books. I had an amazing time while i stayed here and would definately go back.

I wrote you an e-mail last tuesday 22th of December to make a complain about the deposit we paid for Arnies, as we had no other choice but cancel the reservation and look for another hostel. Arnies tell us -after the booking process- they didn't have a checking in service after 9pm (we arrived from International Airport at 11pm). I'm still waiting for your replay and for a solution. Thanks a lot.

Except that the living room and the kitchen were freezing because there was no heating on - i got a really bad cold - it was a nice stay!
