Friendly staff and although not on the beach (not really an option in this area), well located near groceries, internet cafe, and restaurants. No screens on the windows means bring your mozzie net.

I arrived at&was shown to a basic but clean room.I required further 2 nights stay,which the lady was nice enough to arrange,although seemed unsure where she can accomodate me.I was moved to a private room with shared bathroom,it was a awful compared to the private ensuite room being dim,noisy springy bed with alot of insects&mosquitos thrown in for free.I couldn't sleep.Location is great but i would only stay here again if i was staying in the private ensuite room.

We were lucky. No lost it hippie and hordes of crap tattoo clad, fire juggling gap year students. A nice little guest house a short walk from the beech with friendly staff. The beds were a little uncomfortable though. Apart from that i recommend it if you need a clean and quiet place to stay in Anjuna.

The lady who takes care of the guesthouse is simply amazing : kind, funny, so nice and so welcoming. A place to remember !

Good friendly place to stay. The rooms with ac are big and airy - worth paying a bit extra for. Beach is not very close but there are some good places to eat nearby.

It's a little farther from the beach, but the best value in town and the owner may just be the nicest lady alive!

I loved my stay here. Originally booked for 3 nights, ended up staying for 2 weeks. The lady who run's it is one of the most warm and friendly people i've ever met. I was sick at one stage and she helped me out with a doctor until I got better. The place has a really nice vibe to it, i'll definately be going back!
