great staff and location, V clean and cheap. Not a hostel, not a backpacker vibe.

We had a great stay at Allin1! The staff and owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The tours we booked through them were excellent and most sites were within walking distance. A great place to stay while in Chiang Mai!
