Friendly + helpful manager, well decorated, clean with good breakfast, good location, common room.

Rooms were of a great size, clean and comfy. Kitchen and bathrooms suited purposes - there was even a very basic breakfast available (fruit, yoghurts, generic long-life croissants etc) and tea and coffee making facilities, although I'd recommend any of the cafes in the area and you're directly above a churreria! Try and get a room that isn't on the main Carrer - it's very noisy, unless you're used to living by busy city roads, the Spanish use their horns throughout the night.
