the staff speak only a little engish, sometimes difficult to get infos,but very helpful.there are many bus to the centrum and westlake of hangzhou. but in the evening in my single room,it was very loud, the music i running after midnight.i think is uncredeble. the bathroom was beautiful. i think they need the service for ticket-booking for bus or train to get a ticket from the bus-station west is very difficult(bus 4 or 504 and change after 5 stations to bus 102 and til end-1 hour)

the staff were very helpfull, letting us stay way past check out time, and helping us with train tickets. bargain for the price, althogh our room had no mattress just wooden planks and a mat.

This is a nice place, clean, good loungerestaurant bit. It was just very empty so a little boring. I think I saw two other people staying there. I had the whole dorm to my self. everything else was great though.

Great hostel, it is probably the largest one in China, the rooms are located in different villas instead of one large building, which creates a very cozy atmosphere in a garden surrounding. They serve great western food, and staffs speak good English. Bus to the Western Lake is just around the corner. Recommended

I thought this place was really cool. A nice lounge to sit and relax in and their coffee is good. The staff are very friendly and the French fries are excellent. Me and my girlfriend had a great 3 nights in this place and will stay there again if we ever come to Hangzhou again.
