A tennis court is also available. The property is well located for exploring this lovely region, with Florence just 30 Kms away and Siena 40 Kms away. Both are easily accessible via the nearby highway. A public bus also stops just a few hundred metres from the house. The small village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is just 4 Kms away, and there you will find a grocers shop that is opened every day. In La Romita, a little village close to the Fattoria, there is a foodstuff shop that is open even on Sunday.
