The house is situated on the seafront in a mild bay of Molunat, 40 km from Dubrovnik and 20 km from Dubrovnik airport.We offer 1st floor of the house with 2 apartments wich can be connected in one. Every apartment consists of 3 bedrooms (everyone with sea view), 2 bathrooms (WC + shower), 1 kitchen and 1 terrace.In front of the house is a parking place, a bathing establishment with shower and small pier with a boat.It is very suitable house for groups (max. 12 persons) and family vacations, positioned in the terraced gardens with all cultivated mediteranean fruits, oranges, figs, almonds, with flower and macchia groves that descent right down to the seashore.The old stone house is built in 1913. The typical inner arhitecture with wooden floors and ceiling beams is restored and refurnished for comfortable tourist accomodation that became the traditional family occupation even from 1957.
